I saw Accept open for Maiden at the Mesker Amphitheater in the mid 80s. Udo came running across the stage and tripped hard over a cord. Got up as if nothing had happened. One of the best concerts I ever saw. :headbang:

Balls to the Wall!!

Best metal week ever for me....

First night

Killer Dwarves

Pantera

Skid Row

Second night..

Testament

Iron Maiden.

For a 14 year old in the 1990s...my poor neck....

This was the Slave to The Grind and Vulgar Display of Power tours...

And for Maiden No Fear for the Dying..

And yes,Killer Dwarves did ride the tricycle on stag.....awesome..

Never saw Pantera. Poor Dimebag :sorry:

He and Zakk Wylde were the cream of the crop for a while and I think Zakk is still the man.

My biggest concert disappointment/winner was Metallica opening for Ozzy. James Hetfield broke his wrist before the show so no Metallica but Ozzy put on a super long show which was great...until he blasted us with a fire hose and ruined our extracurricular activities.
