Copperagekids made some poor comments about dealers at the convention, one of them being bedrock city

 

Several members called him out on his ignorant posts.

 

I don't know if he replied or not

He seems to get up in arms a lot.

 

I don't know how anyone can say something negative about Bedrock or his crew. Besides the lot of them being too tall (hat's just irritating). But other than that, I think they're probably one of the easiest going groups in comics.

He felt their prices were too high and scared away people. The attendance figures didn't back up his claims. I didn't see any post that went over the top and would prompt a scrubbing of the thread but maybe it got crazy last night.

If there prices were too high that didn't stop people from spending money. They generally carry quality books and for quality books you need to pay quality money.

 

I saw them do more in sales in one day than most dealers do in a 4 day show, with people (dealers, actually) leaving with stacks of stuff.

 

So 'price too high' is obviously relative.
