One thing the game does is give you the option of 3 Pokemon (Apparently you can get Pikuchu too). Then it never gives you the ability to actually upgrade them though. I picked Chrizard since it was my first Pokemon back in the days of blue/red. However, I see no way to upgrade him.

 

You need to either find wild Charizards (not easy, I've seen like a total of 4 wild "starters") or hatch more from 2k eggs.

Depends on the area, I found a lot of Squirtles in the park by me. I haven't gotten a Charmander yet though.

I know a street where there's charmanders...found a Pikachu yesterday...silly game I know but I'm not walking around for these looking like a zombie, I have my son holding my phone and he does all the finding on mine and his while I drive around town ::

This is a fun game to play with friends as an adult. Even just the treasure hunt aspect. I rarely fight gyns and have plenty of fun just finding the Pokemon.

My local Saturday street food festival is advertising "Pokémon Go" day with pictures and kids hunting all around.

 

Can you imagine the crowd. This damn game might make me up date my 4 year old phone .

I almost ran over a insufficiently_thoughtful_person playing this game in the Starbucks lineup this morning. There is a blind corner, with a curb, this late teens, early twenties pajama and wife beater wearing loser, wasn't paying attention and almost tripped and fell in front of me.

 

I am not a fan of people, but I sincerely and honestly do not want to kill someone.

When I go walking at night for exercise I take my sons phone now. I get around 12 or so before I get home. Its a lot of fun.

 

I cant believe adults would tell someone else not to play how stupid. Half my co-workers are playing. They are spending time with their kids driving them to pokestops and then walking with them in neighborhoods and parks.
