This copy is a beauty...

 

It sure is... I'm looking for a CGC 7.5 to 8.5 copy with similar PQ.

New delivery today. This book unfortunately has a pink splash top corner stain (distributor's overspray?) on the back cover, but I think that it presents very well for the grade:

On E-bay there is currently a 7.5 listed at $374.99

Not heating up, all the pre-hero stuff is just woefully undervalued in guide at the higher grades. The multiples are extreme above about 7.0, and when you hit 8.0 or higher the prices get even steeper.

Nice pick-ups Peter. I have about five books left to get to round out my TTA 60-80 run, though I found myself upgrading unncessarily from 9.4s, which are normally perfect for me, instead of focusing my attention on those missing issues. The only thing worse then Collecting ADD is Grade ADD. :facepalm:
