That AC7 is definitely the looker !

I was VERY surprised that only went for $40,500!

Then again, I was even more surprised the #2 went for only $25,222!

Those both seem low to me.

Then the #8 PLOD goes for $6,400 (which seems a tad high).

Am I just totally off base????

It is very difficult to use the CC website and try to find something, I think they should make it more user friendly like HA. That might lead to more customer awareness

The strangest thing about their site is that if you want to list your bids, the default is alphabetically back to the dawn of time. To get your bids on the current auction you have to make a not-too-intuitive selection from the drop-down. CLink and Heritage do a much better job.

The e-mail Heritage sends you each morning with a list of your currently active bids is a nice selling tool, imo.

Agree. That VF+ Bat 8 not too shabby either.

I can't tell what's going on the bottom right of the scan for that book. Is there a piece missing from the whole book, or is that a hard crease I'm seeing? I really can't tell. I'm not a fan of CC's imaging these days.

Great catch. Looks like crease/folded corner

+1

The early Actions (7,10,15) went lower than probably expected, except maybe 13

I forgot to track those tonight. Can someone tell me what they went for?

The restoration on the 8 can be removed, so that might be why it went kinda strong. I agree, the 2 and 7 went cheap. Both beautiful books! Bad timing imho. If they had been auctioned at Heritage, the first in the auction cycle, I'm guessing the results would've been higher.

Not sure I agree. ComicConnect had by far the best selection of books of the Big 3 ( if you take away the Mile High Peps )

100% agree, stuff I am seriously watching starts to end tomorrow

Me too ;)
