That's very true, @DarkPhantom13, you may still be able to participate in the Raffle.
Keep your eye out for that thread. If the start date for the past raffle threads are any indicator, it should be going up in a few days.... more or less.

The Night Before Holiday gift exchange

'Twas the night before gift exchange
and all through the house
not a computer was working,
there clicked not a mouse

The recipients were nestled all snug in their beds

Then from the back room there rose such a chatter

a wonder assistant shopper ­ with a six pack of beer.

His resume glowed with experience so rare
he turned out great advice with a super shopper's flair.
He spoke not a word but went straight to his work,
turning impulses into suggestions like a sitcom berserk.

A wink of his eye and a nod of his head
soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.
More smoothly than salesmen his suggestions they come;
he whistled and shouted and called them by name.

On comic, on graphic novel, on slab and figurine,
on snail mail, and rush jobs, those packages had sheen.
His eyes all glazed over, hands nimble and lean,
from long days and nights spent in front of a screen.

He tapped and he hammered, nothing did he shirk,
turning dreams into actuality; then he turned with a smirk,
and laying his finger upon enter key,
the gifts lined up and matched perfectly.

The holiday was finished, the mail time limit concluded,
the buyers last minute changes were even included.
Then the receivers explained in apocalyptic tone,
"It’s just what I asked for, as they fell over prone."

I'm having a blast searching for books for my person.  They were vague....... in a descriptive sort of way.

I try not to sound picky but if you need a condensed list of what issues I'm missing in my runs I can supply it

Yes i will definitely be sitting back and watching all the fun. It's great seeing all the great gifts that members come up with.

BTW,  I'm not sure if everyone knows but some of our boarders celebrate Hanukkah which starts the 12th. I'm not sure when anything else starts, except for Festivus...you get to pick your own date if you celebrate that;)  So to be sure, everyone can just mail early;)

The VCC is being held this weekend right here on the CGC Chat Boards.

Many changes to the layout have been implemented to, hopefully, allow for an easier viewing experience on the new boards. You can get an early preview of the layout by clicking HERE to visit the Convention Hall before set-up actually begins. All Aisles will unlock simultaneously at 8pm (ET) tonight for dealer set-up. The official start of the show for sales is 10am (ET) tomorrow (Saturday, December 2nd). While you're there, make certain to follow the VCC Convention Hall Thread to receive updates throughout the show.
The Index of Sellers Thread (linked above) will be created just prior to the opening of the show and will be shared here in this thread at that time.

There is still time for those who wish to participate as a seller to set-up a booth.
