Cedric Hardwicke also narrated the 1953 War of the Worlds intro a great actor who also played one of Frankenstein's son's in Ghost of Frankenstein. His own son Edward became popular in his own right as Dr Watson to Jeremy Brett's Sherlock Holmes.

SEE IT! OMG it has to be one of the worst movies in decades and I like Tom Cruise, first of all the trailer gave the ending away and the characters were as moldy as the so called Mummy. If this was their idea of a Dark universe then they can  forget it the movie stinked.

Here is another sort of fad that happened during the 70's "The Monster times" it ran for about 44 issues and was sold as a newspaper only folded into four sections. It covered movies TV comics and books and some of the covers were memorable I liked it and have the full set.
