There is moisture damage that is more apparent on the BC, but some "smudges" are on the front as well. I'm guessing it lived in a damp basement for years and years, and probably was in a stack of other books. Still, no chipping, nice centering, and crisp white cover. I was able to do a cash + trade with Superworld. I'll miss the books I gave up, but figured it was worth it to get a pretty blue label FF1. Stayed downtown and found a little shop, Librairie Omnibus, for a few quick pick-ups. Not a huge selection of back issues but was able to grab a few things, mostly from the $3-5 bins. Even better with the current exchange rate... Lucked into the Avengers annual as it's a nice high grade copy (9.6?). Owner was a super nice guy. Chatted with him for a few minutes as I was on my way for lunch and a bit of day drinking . I recall @Robot Man posted this book a week or two ago, and recalled seeing it at a nearby LCS last fall.
