Yeah it’s just one of those handful of books (New Mutants 98, Amazing Spider-Man 300, Amazing Spider-Man 361, Wolverine 1, Hulk 340 etc etc…) that demand still manages to outweigh the massive supply. Because you’re 100% correct, all readily available, no need for bidding wars, but the characters are just that popular of course.

It's still on the census, but apparently not anywhere near 9.9 condition any longer due the shifting in the old gen case.

I know that Age of Comics sold a Flash #1 4.5 copy for $120k this year at Wondercon.  That was a steal! I should've jumped on it lol.

$120k for a CGC 4.5? That was most definitely a steal! Rarely do you see mid-grade copies anymore.

I mean rarely do you see any copies. I swear I almost never see Flash Comics #1’s for sale.
