The Adv 247 from that collection is a very attractive 9.2, so by no means is my post indicating that all MV books are in a similar state of preservation.  It's a good sized collection, and I'm sure it made a lot of people rightly very happy.

There are three board names starting with Motor City Comics.  I don't know which one.

I checked Motor City Comics' address on The Northland Collection COA.  It was 19785 West 12 Mile Road, Southland, MI  but I think the company moved to Farmington Hills.  The phone number is still same (248) 426-8059.

This might be the ideal place to also put out my call for pedigrees. My main big collecting goal is to build a Pedigree-only set of early Iron Man appearances (though I'm also open to Pay/File Copies as well), I have a few already but if anyone has leads on other copies (specifically those featuring the GOLD armour, I really want #41-47) please let me know and you can earn a nice chunky finders fee for your trouble if I end up buying.

This is the only pedigree TOS comic with Iron Man in yellow armor that was in my now-sold collection.  A large, light diagonal crease on the front cover pushed it into mid-grade:

  

I also used to own a pedigree Avengers #2 featuring the yellow Iron Man.

Nice! That is exactly the grade range I would have happily overpaid for   Whoever owns that book now is free to take advantage of me willingly paying well over GPA
