Lower  spine  split nearly  up  to  lower staple,    tears  at  lower staple  to boot, Tear upper edge BC,  small chip out lower  BC. 
General  wear,   small  stain  upper  edge BC. Bit of gloss left,  interior is tight  with  white pages,. Some dogears  interior. 

Grab  a  fairly  rough  reader  for  $30

Cover loose,  tears  and  splits  at  staples,  small split upper spine,  corner off  lower  RH  FC, geeral wear,  small piece out  BC  at  upper  staple. 
Interior  is  nice,   tight  and complete  with offwhite - white pages.

Listed  as  SCARCE   in  Overstreet,  and  I  must admit,  this  is the first time  I've had a copy of this issue. 

Couple tiny  tears  RH edge ad upper  edge  FC, light dogear  upper RH FC.   Flat, decent  gloss,  tight spine  and CF,   white  pages.   Touch of general wear,  EDIT  That's not  a chip  out  upper  FC,  just  a  small  bit  folded over.  Still  intact. 
slightly  miscut  along  spine. 

Asking $100,  pretty  firm.
