I had been looking for an original for ages, and one showed up for a grand by a dealer, listed as F-VF, so I sent the bucks, and what I received was a detached cover with a hole where the center staple would have originally been. I returned it for a refund, and decided to buy a placeholder until, if ever, another affordable copy in decent condition becomes available. I don't like bait and switch, but because they did give me a full refund, won't post their name.
