So far, the ratio is better.  354 people signed up for the first contest.  141 people finished.  I am still receiving PM's from the first contest, asking when round 2 will start.  

For this contest, 154 people signed up,   I have received grades from 115 people so far, and there is still 12 hours left before this round closes.   

Definitely much better numbers.

I entered my grades Monday and revisited every day since.  Mostly kept same grades.  Minor changes throughout the week.  After all that I'm sure they are all off by at least 6 increments.

I submitted additional grades for 10 more books just in case I don't hit any bulls eyes on the five in the contest.....They were all CGC graded from my collection so it was much easier to determine the best grade to get bonus points.

Yeah they were sitting there ready to send for the whole week.  I kept going back and forth on the grades until I gave up trying to guess how CGC was going to treat certain defects.
