You still don't get that it has nothing to do with what the art is. It's that it wasn't authorized by Marvel, but Blag Flag is pretending like this is an official edition.

Young lawyer here (7 years of practice). I kept trying to tell people above that there is no definite way to say here that Black Flag is in the clear for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and probably breach of contract under the license agreement. I kept saying above that, at first glance, it sure looks a whole hell of a lot of one, two, or all three of those things. 
 

Then the deluge of unqualified certainties and overconfident absolutes drowned me out dozens of pages ago.
