Beige
I thought this was... well I don't really know TBH No more 9.4 - it's now 'fragment points' for single pages. Brilliant or bonkers? I guess it's another way of looking at things? Not convinced personally. @CGC Mike - please leave up - nothing to do with another company - it's a discussion on a 'new' way of grading - thanks Edited January 12, 2023 by Beige

No It's an Australian firm in Brisbane. Heard mixed reports - small time operation. I will say though, their slabs are awesome. Seriously - best on the market. Bomb-Proof, and clear as can be. (not the ones shown above which seem to be different - I guess because it's a single page ) I guess their rep in Australia is between CBCS and PGX if that makes sense. I haven't used them myself, but I did buy a book that was graded by them. Grade was spot on, so I guess that's all you can ask for. There is a website if you want to see more (I'm not going to link it for obvious reasons) Edited January 12, 2023 by Beige Lightning55

GreatCaesarsGhost
It’s not just Halo. IIRC this went for $1k on eBay auction a few months ago, and now it’s back on eBay with a BIN of $2k Edited January 12, 2023 by GreatCaesarsGhost Larryw7, 1950's war comics, Ken Aldred and 3 others 4
Popular Post eastriver400
I hate this. To grade this cheapens the hobby. These aren't holy relics. Neat to own, sure. Grading trash? Popular Post Cat
You need to farm Fragment Points. When you get 300 Fragment Points you are eligible for a Fragment Dust. 6 Fragment Dust turn into 2 Fragment Shard. When you collect 4 Fragment Shards you can trade that in for 1 Elemental Fragment Shard. With an Elemental Fragment Shard you can unlock an NFT of John Byrne abusing a person of minority status. Hope that helps! Point Five, troydivision1, grendelbo and 2 others 2

topcat54
It’s a 100 point scale something like the Gerber scale as stated here
topcat54
So I’m thinking if it were a full page it would receive 100 fragments , 3/4 page about a 75 fragment and so on plus consideration on how rare the book was.

Ken Aldred
Will the buyer of the Batman fragment shown above also be searching for a matching Joker and Catwoman fragment from the comic? To me, it’s an unhealthy descent into an obsessive-compulsive pit.

Ken Aldred
It used to be bad enough to receive a comic book with a story page or part page missing. Making the inverse of that acceptable is getting a bit ridiculous. Receiving a page or part page with, otherwise, an entire comic missing. 'So, the right page or panel clipped from a wreck can still bring joy' Or, to many, the pain of devastation. Shows how wide the spectrum of obsessive-compulsion and FOMO can be.
