Especially considering that Heritage was able to fetch only $9,600 for their 3.0 graded copy (albeit with Slightly Brittle PQ) back in October of 2022. 

Maybe it was Vinnie's video where he mentioned that "it's in a 4.5 grade, the COLORS are 9.4" and that just might have been good enough to pull in deep pocketed bidders like our very own @tth2 who's into the 9.4's and above.

Speaking of in demand PCH classic cover books, looks like this Bobby Blue boy also went for a relatively strong price:

Sold for $31,050 which seems to confirm a continuing strong trend in the prices for this book, given it's condition grade.

Vincent has done a very good job promoting these books - is video on the JIM is an example.

I don’t think these books were stored under optimal conditions. If I had to bet, based on PQ, I’d say an attic

CSS 22 CGC 6.5 - $24,000

Journey Into Myst. 6 CGC 6.5 - $12,000

Beware 10 CGC 6.0 - $6,200

Interesting prices on all of these books, but the JIM surprises me the most.
