It's not listed in Overstreet or the GCD.  I didn't think to just google it.

I suspect it's pretty rare.  I'm pretty happy to have found it, and it's in high grade

Snuff-Man...I believe that was Gerry Conway's first choice as a name for the Punisher before he discovered the Geo. W. Helme company had already copyrighted the name...
