My questions needed to be answered before I will give you the grade.

Is the cover detached at both staples?   Is the cover split completely?   Are two staples not manufactured?   Any missing pages or cut out or clipped out?

Cover detached from original staples. There are a couple of 1/2" to 3/4" stretches where the cover is still joined, but otherwise split. The staples you see are not original. No missing pages/cut-outs, other than what you see on the cover.
