Tried to share my glory/joy  of winning this with my family.  I don't think they really get it.  You have to have played in the CGC Grading Contest to really understand how hard it is to win one of these.   Can't wait for the next one .

I tried to make it an inspirational moment for my son. "Yes son, I'll never forget coming in 2nd in CGC Grading Contest #8 in 2023. The stars aligned beautifully for this victory to happen... all the books were bedraggled GA books like the ones I collect, and I think some of the heavy hitters were on vacation."
