Mike's top notch - one of the hardest working and best to work with. Top notch communication as always and is a necessity when dealing with different parties like the artists, CGC and the postman.

...Also kodos to Adonis. I indirectly stole this idea from him. He posted how he was getting into buying older, lower grade, keys...So I thought that's a great idea I'll pick up some inexpensive semi-key books (something I could actually afford) and get Stan's bold imprint on them. Especially great on books Stan actually wrote. Love the idea and hope to get a few more in the future. That legends tour that NYComics is putting together looks amazing :o ...might have to save up for that one.

Not an easy book to get, one of only 5 9.8 SS copies out there.

 

 

I'm very glad you kept the 9.8----I agree, dark covers, hard to find in HG.

Truth be told, YOU'RE book is the only book I've seen to date :thumbsup:

Hello everyone,

 

I wanted to give a big thanks out to Dan "Par2ch" for helping me get a handful of books signed and sketched by Joe Benitez & Peter Stiegerwald at Dragoncon last year.

 

He took great care and handling, all the books came back with excellent grades, including a couple sketches, one which graded at a 9.9. He kept me informed when CGC had them, when graded, etc, thanks for the help!

 

Here are a couple of the books. I don't really collect sketch covers, but wanted these for my LM set, and am thrilled with them.
