Was it packaged with something? It's just a single sheet folded in half. The back cover shows a 1973 copyright date. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Front: Back: I believe samfromcalifornia is correct. What you have is one page from The Spirit black & white reprints that contained 10 stories with comments by Eisner in a plastic bag published in 1973.
