  1. Hello @D2, thank you for contacting CGC. We go by the turnaround time posted when we receive your submission. However, when I look up the historical data of what our turnaround times were the week you submitted, we had an approximate 70 business days for a reholder service from what I am able to tell.   2. Hello @Alain2213, thank you for contacting CGC. To the best of my knowledge, I believe once a label retires, it is fully retired for good. The character(s) may come back with different artwork, but I do not believe we have resurrected old labels in the past. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Hopefully we're able to release new labels equally as appealing as our previously retired labels in the future. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

  7. Hello @Yusuke Sato, thank you for contacting CGC. Unfortunately, signings by multiple artists for the same book are only possible when those artists are doing a multi signing at the same time. We cannot hold a book or submit it to another signing for you. The only way to get one book signed by multiple artists that are not signing together would be to resubmit the book after it is completed for one artist and complete a new submission form and resubmit it for the next artist. However, in most cases, there is not enough time in between signings for that to be possible. We are genuinely sorry that we cannot accommodate your request.   8. Hello @jeff_jhacnio, "inked" simply means that our team identified ink/pen somewhere on the card that we were able to determine was not there when printed by the factory. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

  10. Hello @fuzzbun, thank you for contacting CGC. It is perfectly acceptable to ship your two books to us using your own shipping materials. As you might already know, when submitting TMNT, be sure to select "magazine" on the submission form. Even though they are comics, due to their size, they are considered magazines in our system.   18. Hello @r1v3r, thank you for contacting CGC Video Games. Based on what I could find, I do not believe you'll be able to scan the amiibo cards after they have been encapsulated. From what I can tell online, they have to outright be touching the Switch scanner in the joystick, so I don't think they'd be able to be scanned. If this is the case, we're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you need help with anything further.

Based on what I've recently seen, we're about 5-7 business days behind currently in getting our mail into the system. Please be rest assured that we are doing our absolute best to enter all the submissions we receive into the system as quickly as possible. Please kindly email us if you don't see your submission in the system after 7 business days (and include the tracking number if possible). I would try to separate the two orders in the box as well if at all possible (like a piece of cardboard between the two). Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.
