At this point you should be able to tell them to get bent.
Ebay does not allow users to get what they want by threatening with negative feedback.
Any negative they leave should get removed by Ebay once you show them the threat.

Among them was a Commodore 64. Does anyone on here know how to determine if it is working, or know of a good venue to move the thing? I know of its history but really don't have any use for it myself. I know it is worth more if it is working but it does come in the original box along with the packing supplies and manual. Thanks!
If it doesn't work (power on).....one thing to note is the MAJOR weak point and likely cause of this was the junk power supply unit (PSU) that came with them (the cord with the "brick" in the middle of it).
The original power supply units are a known issue. I think I burned through two of them on mine back in the day, and it was $50 to replace them each time. I was not happy.
If you determine it does need a new power supply, there are sellers on Ebay that now offer much higher quality power supply units with modern components in them. Just be sure you do NOT buy an original (old stock) power supply for it. They were literally garbage, and can keep the computer from powering on.....or actually even damage the computer if the regulator shorts on them (which would allow up to 12V through to the C64 chips, causing them to fail).
Edit:
Here's a link to a modern power supply for sale on Ebay for the Commodore 64 that is much better quality. They're made by a Polish company called Electroware (their website can be seen here.)
Also, here is a link to some information on the original junk power supply units.

If @Timmay has not already done so, he should immediately file a claim with Paypal if that's how he paid.
My guess is that the USPS would immediately deny (for several reasons) any insurance claim IF insurance was actually purchased by the seller for these books. Once they review the items and the packaging materials, it would probably go something like this.
- Comic books were sent via media mail..........Denied!
- Items were sent poorly packaged without proper protection........Denied!
- Free Priority Mail supplies were used in sending a package via media mail (a big no-no with the USPS).........Denied!

42. Golden Dollars
Manufacturer: U.S Mint
Original Cost: $1*
Worth Today: $3-$4*Chances are, you’ve seen a Golden Dollar a time or two. These coins are valid at $1, though they aren’t a common type of used currency (much like $2 bills). On eBay, Golden Dollars with famous figures like Ronald Reagan, Sacagawea, and George H.W. Bush sell for $3-$4 per coin.
There is even a set of twenty-five Golden Dollar coins for $20.50. Though some Golden Dolls are rare and valuable, like those from the 1800s, when the U.S. Mint first produced these coins, much won’t net you much of a return. You’re better off saving the Gold Dollar and waiting to see if it grows in resale value.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First.......the example they picture is an original 1849 gold dollar and is worth at least a few hundred dollars.
Second........what kind of dipstick sells $25 worth of money for $20.50?

"After all, you can go into any comic bookstore and pick up a vintage comic for a few cents."
Correct.
The first thing I do when I walk into a comic bookstore is ask them where their 50 for $1 books are........then I pull out a fiver and load up my wheelbarrow.

It’s been endless disappointment. Lately it’s been QC issues, but overall it’s their grading that truly disappoints. 9.2s with CB creases on both corners. 9.6s with multiple CB spine hits. Paying a premium for these CGC grades is a fools game. These overgraded copies just keep getting passed on to the next guy. That “buy the book not the grade” is the common mantra should tell you something about CGC.
I was tempted (for about half a second) during CGC's black friday sale to get a Premium Membership for $99 in order to get the $150 credit for grading.
It took me that half a second to remember everything I've seen in this thread, and all the ways CGC could screw up the books it's taken me decades to acquire.
There's simply no way in hell I'm letting that happen.

They repaired it right away, and even made my page tear look better when they re-slabbed it by placing the white part behind the other portion... they did the right thing for me, but it was certainly confusing and frustrating to me as a first-time submitter.
FWIW, that tear still garnered a 9.6 after the ME and second review, so I am shocked about that one. I know I can't sell it for the price of a 9.6, so it'll prob stay in my PC as a reminder (I can still recall the day when I was 12 years old, I just brought that comic home, sitting on my bed, and when I opened the page to read it, it tore!!! yikes...)
Has this kind of garbage become so common now that everyone is just numb to it???
I didn't see any comments about this one.....so let me see if I got this straight.
You bought this book new as a 12 year old and promptly put a 1 inch tear in the bottom of the front cover.
Decades later, you sent it in to CGC and they proceeded to slap a 9.6 grade on it (with a f***ing huge rip on the bottom of the cover).....and then topped that off by including a huge chunk of loose plastic in the slab.
You then returned it to CGC for a free "Mechanical Error" fix.......where they removed the loose plastic.....tucked the white portion of the huge tear back under the colored portion so it's not as visible......and then put the same 9.6 grade back on it?
WFT is wrong with them?
The company called CGC that was started over 20 years ago is dead. Any resemblance between them and the current company is completely coincidental. Perhaps they should put that quote on the back of their slabs now.

It looks like they’re some kind of bizarro consignment site.
It's strange. Their other 21,000 listing appear to listed using the same method.
So, what does he do when they all get bids on them and then end? He can't go in and cancel the bids on all of those listings.

Their listings are wild. I have no idea what’s going on there.
I edited my first post a bit.
Is he trying to advertise them with the listings, and then have you email him directly so he can sell them off of Ebay?
But that seems wierd too....as he has over 30,000 feedbacks on his Ebay profile.
Edit: I just looked at a few more of his 21,000 listings.....the ones I looked at all used this same tactic.

Not quite sure what that they're doing.......but they have the following message in the "pictures" on these listings.

Then, the descriptiong for the one with the regular CGC label has the following:
