  1. They should give us a button at least then the crapping would be concise. http://thenextweb.com/facebook/2015/09/15/its-official-mark-zuckerberg-says-facebook-is-working-on-a-dislike-button/ Holy mess now ask for something cooler this time
  2. After selling a CGC 9.8 Greg Land EOSV#2 for $300 only to watch it hit $800 2-months later, I'd rather wait and see, just in case. In Gwen I Trust For it to be selling for about 400$ now
  3. $25k at least 18,200 Oh you didn't see the guy that bid that retracted his bid
  4. http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=601313 Predictions??? 16 days left and already at 18k
  5. (thumbs u however Clink has done a lot faster job of cleansing their results quicker.
  6. You know if you log into Clink it will tell you the hammer prices right? 6055, 8109, 10,322
  7. we have reached verified 108 days Now the real fun begins
  8. I didn't click into them but agreed now that I read the label on that one. The chip missing held the other one back for sure...just like the BB28 yesterday
  9. Good result on the 4.0 and a bit surprised on the 2.5's thought would have gone a bit higher.
  10. That it is! Buy all 3 copies cause combined its more than a 6.0 The 4.0 is beating Hulk 1 to the ground. The 2.5's need to run a bit faster to accomplish the same. The "other" copy has moved a ton in the last couple hours but the cgc hardly moved.
  11. Clink 3 copies close tonight... The 4.0 up to over 13k. The 2.5s will likely have movement at the end and be interesting to see if the first or second sells for more!
  12. Damn.. didn't a 4.5 just sell for that ? This book confuses me. -J. Yup. Its a 1-1.25k point book right now all things considered. We need it to hit $2K per point......... Why stop there!
  13. Damn.. didn't a 4.5 just sell for that ? This book confuses me. -J. Yup. Its a 1-1.25k point book right now all things considered.
  14. Thats exactly why it didn't hammer very well. They have done it for years and now CC has followed suit...however the same logic applies if you get a very nice 5.0 that presents super strong due to a gross stain on the back, by not putting that scan up the book will sell more. The customer won't be pleased but they make more money. You can ask for the back covers at Clink but they are slow to respond.
  15. With the time necessary for the prescreen do you expect the books by Halloween? Seems like 5 months would be the norm for those types of submissions. It used to be about +3 weeks for prescreen...now it seems like almost 2 months . At this rate not likely, normally about 2-3 weeks once the book goes to verified for each stage which means I am waiting another 6-9 weeks (V to SFG, SFG to Graded, Graded to Ship). They are really hammering you to Fast Track books. MFT + Prescreen is just over a month MST + Prescreen 5 months...I don't think that is cutting TAT's (like fast track is supposed to) in half but it is what it is. Just glad they can't charge my credit card and get a 5 month loan on me.
  16. MST prescreen Received May 26 Current status received... Yawn. 107 calendar days and we keep on trucking.
  17. The ugly 5.5 with a missing corner sold tonight on Clink. $5501
  18. I think you get a green label specifying what the grade WOULD be without said defect. However, if you request a blue label when shipping to the CGC you get the grade that you'd get WITH the defect. SAY WHA Never heard of this That's a great little loophole. Hulk 181
  19. Happy to help 2 collectors reach both their goals. What a ride that trade was
  20. Care to disclose how much he bought it from you for? This will be interesting Pretty sure it was reported on GPA as it was eBay... $460
  21. Wow that one got past a lot of people. What a deal for the buyer! The seller clearly didn't list the item properly (he bought the book from me last year and recycled my scan).
  22. I say "no" because it's only one sale and it is starting to look like an outlier. -J. What about the 4.5 that Bob just sold (likely for very close to his asking price) which was mentioned at 14.5k? Does Bob report to GPA? Either way something seems a little batty about this price. Ists almost double what was paid for another 4.0 on c link barely a year ago. -J. No he doesn't, but I don't think its overly batty...the book was trending right around 3k per point back in June so the book is slowly moving up. Its a nice looking 4.0 with wait for it....wait for it....OW/W pages I highly doubt anyone's paying double last year's price because of the so-called "PQ" on the label. Also the 2.5 is not performing comparably. The 4.0 price just seems high to me. In outlier territory. I want to believe and I'm obviously a fan of the character and the book. I'm just not believing this price for some reason. It seems off. And I don't think someone is thinking CPR because it has a pretty beat up spine. -J. I seriously think you post just to argue with ppls: $13,466 So it looks like this book is $3k a point now. -J. Now if the 4.0 goes for 20k I call that an outlier, however as it stands right now it is just slightly above a 3k per point price. Bob sold one at ~14.5k for a 4.5 not even a week ago which guess what is above 3k per point. This book has been a for a while now... Hey guess what other book has basically doubled since last year IH1 in a 4.5 Are you sure Bob sold his for $14.5k? Before the book sold, I made an offer for it and was countered $15k. Before I could eve respond/look at the counter offer, it sold. It's either someone paid his asking price at $15,500 or paid the $15k price. I don't know...only Bob or new buyer could confirm I guess, someone posted the 14.5k, I thought it was listed higher than that. But still shows support this book is easily in the 3k point range Because if I had the opportunity to buy at $14,500 I would probably have bought it. Wait let me get this straight you were will to pay $14,500 for a 4.5 book that seems to say this book is at/above 3k a point shocking outlier or the actual price of the book
