  1. Or maybe he's busy at his lawyer's office crafting his lawsuit.
  2. He can cry and moan all he wants about lawsuits etc but many members here have abusive messages from him on eBay that they can post them if they wished.
  3. Yeah, I'd like to know more since I got a eBay message from him a while back.
  4. Or different looking blue label with notes...
  5. So does this negate the fact that in 24 out of 28 PGM threads he then bumped up the grade on Ebay or simply mitigate it? With over 3,400 sales to have 5 negatives is not an issue to me as you can't please everyone. The situation seems to be why ask the opinions of the board to then grade bump when selling elsewhere? It opens him up to being accused of taking advantage of less knowledgeable collectors. I didn't say it negated anything, so don't put words in my mouth. I simply related my experience from the one purchase I've made from him. Take from that what you will.
  6. I purchased a raw Marvel Premiere #1 from Chip on eBay a while back and the grade was as advertised.
  7. I'm not saying he's not a nice guy, I just never see people stressing the fact that PayPal comes with a tracking number.
  8. So is this a selling point now, "PayPal comes with tracking #" http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=7971426#Post7971426
  9. Except War Machine, Ant Man, Venom, and even Cable all appeared in costume 2nd and those are the money books right? Not true for Ant-Man. For some reason, TTA#27 is erroneously listed as the first appearance of Ant-Man even though it's Hank Pym in street clothes. He becomes Ant-Man in TTA#35 and it's listed as Ant-Man's 2nd appearance... Shouldn't Avengers #59 be the 2nd appearance of Yellowjacket then? Yet the cover of TTA #35 says "The Return of the Ant-Man", if he's "returning" he'd have to been there once before right?
  10. Looks like there was quite a buying frenzy on eBay after this last bit of Inhumans news leaked out. Fantastic Four #45 has gone nuts, pretty much every graded copy is gone.
  11. This is false. It's on page 5 of 18. oops...you're right, its not on the last page. But the point was these are the only panels. Doesnt change that important fact. Being on the last page or page 5 or page 12 really doesnt affect the point. But thanks for correcting that. He's named, his job is identified, he's wearing a yellow hat and he has a big thumbs up. Sounds like a first app to me! Jim Rhodes' appearance is the exact same as Scott Lang's in Avengers 181, which is nuts hot. Who knows. But isn't that Scott Lang on the cover of #181? I think that trumps any comparisons to Iron Man #118.
  12. Captain America #208 is the first appearance of a substantial Marvel movie villain as well.
  13. I know - I couldn't believe it either!! Unelievable....especially at an antique shop! Care to divulge what you paid for those babies? I'm assuming it was a great deal. If he didn't pay 90% of their FMV I'm sure the sharks here in CG will be out for blood saying he ripped off a little old lady and karma's going to swallow him whole.
