I don't think it's the same thing, although I understand your frustration. The Revival variant was given out for doing nothing, but showing up to the VIP event...larger ratio of uninterested recipients. On the other hand, TWD run issued the variant for free, but you had to work your arse for it. Several factors lead me to believe that these were not "thrown away". Sense of accomplishment with a prize at the end, die hard Walking Dead fans coveting the variant, flippers, etc. not to mention that you had people at the gates offering you cash for them in case you didn't want them. This event was far more fan-based. Point taken, and agreed. (thumbs u As far as the CGC census data, it gets updated once a week, and I believe on Mondays, so it should be available tomorrow or so.

Same thing with the Walking Dead #100 Escape variant, you know how many of those were taken home only to be thrown away? Hell I bet if you searched the nearest garbage can to the exit there were a ton in there as well. Some people have absolutely no idea how much these comics are desired by a few of us. Can't blame them really, although I secretly do.

Branget, def liking the charity idea that could benefit writers/artists. I'd buy a ton of raffle tickets. I'm also a nice boardie who wouldn't sell it and would cherish it for his own personal collection. The game idea is rad too, I love trivia type stuff. Oh and my personal opinion? Straight up universal label.

Yea I sent him a scathing email detailing how a 90lb. jewish guy with golden curls and a wardrobe populated with baby Gap and youth medium clothing was going to rock his world if he didn't take that picture down. I'm sure that's what did it.

The main problem I would have is that people, such as myself, actually look at the cgc cert#, and look it up, this guy could have his potential buyers be looking at your comic on the CGC site, which isn't fair for his potential buyers. On the other hand, I'd be totally flattered if someone used my photo

I purchased off him as well, which makes me sad cause I truly was going to send a nasty message to him. I know it's of poor taste and people here don't agree with calling sellers out on prices, but I personally feel he's literally ruining the chances of true fans from picking up that book at a reasonable price. All it takes is one person who has more money than they know what to do with and buy it, and that will set the standard. It pisses me off just thinking about it.

Why wouldn't cgc recognize the signatures as being authentic since every issued comic will have the sign?

I don't know about you guys, but JImmy's rap video was probably my most favoritest thing ever to come out of these forums. I'd love to see another one!
