  1. I saw someone looking for the Green ranger cover and thought that was a cool cover. I didn't know about these at all but I want them all now Why get those when you can buy a few Web 18 i like to have all my bases covered. Who knows, maybe under the mask, Green Ranger is Venom. Green = Hobgoblin underneath.
  2. So you're guessing at about $7,000+ for all three. I would say $2k or 20% high is a pretty big jump. I don't think he's at $7k; he said a 9.6 510 sold for $2900 -- the one in the listing is a 9.8 so it would definitely go for more. $3k (Wolv #1) + $1k (Siege #3) + > $3k (510 sketch) Sure, you have + but your comment: "$2k or 20% high" in relation to the $9k listing signifies you meant $7,000 flat. $9k - $2k = $7k And *usually* 9.8s sell for double a 9.6; I said usually. Not sure what the jump would be on a high $ item like the sketch.

  4. Don't think you could press that and improve it much. Bingo, those books aren't pressable, stock is the cardboard type, and you can't get enough pressure on the corners to get anything out. Good price though FWIW, got a few in, they pressed out really well. Gonna grade them now. Really? I got two and one didn't even have the corner ding. Yep, graded 9.8 too! For those that aren't aware...stiffer cardboard covers CAN be pressed (Enormous, DKIII, etc)...they just have to be pressed carefully, and they don't respond as well. You can EASILY destroy a cardboard cover beyond redemption. Want to give my two a shot?

Yup, this was the quickest flip for me this year. Wish I knew they were perfect copies from the get I wouldve ordered at least 5 more.. Yo ucouldnt go wrong with that price even if the rest came back dinged.. But so far everyone reprting they got perfect copies Both of the copies I was sent were dinged up. One is pretty bad, the other probably a 9.2.
  6. Good luck and congrats, Jason! Hope to see you and the gang at Chicago again in 2016. How far away are you (or your store) from Dave's store -- which appears to be your main competition for in-store sales and purchases?
  7. What is that? Looks like exactly what I need for my retro consoles. I like the Zelda group. Will scan a few Zelda related things in the next few days. Samsung gxtv. We used to sell those, or rather they WOULDNT sell . Retailed at $249.95 I believe. Had it sitting on the front counter hooked up to a PS-1 for a loooong time. Helped sell alot of games though... A little late on this (and I may be remembering incorrectly) but weren't these TV's marketed as being used/ideal for portability?
  8. No Earthbound (yet). That thing is pricey complete in box! Never played it as a kid, but I have heard it is awesome. I missed Earthbound, too. My friend got me into RPGs with FF III (VI) and then I went back and played II (IV). Played Mystic Quest, but somehow missed Earthbound. Been trying to find a good (i.e. not on the computer) way to play it since then. Will have to see how easy/difficult it is to setup on the Wii. I noticed that Chrono Trigger is conspicuously missing from your list. If you've missed that, you should play that before Earthbound, it is one of the best RPG's ever and the best SNES RPG. I played that one, too. And its "sequel" on PlayStation. Also played Secret of Evermore and Mana. And Ogre Battle! I don't think I have ever finished that game, but I clearly remember playing it dozens of times, with fond memories of scouting the forest for Ghosts and Skeletons to recruit. Playing Natural Doctrine right now for PS4.

  10. For those looking for a #8 variant, the CBLDF put up 2 raw copies signed by Gaiman: Here
  11. Speaking of tough ones to find: Nintendo Comics System Valiant! 51 watchers! It's the 2nd most watched CGC Graded comic on eBay right now. Unfreaking-believable. I'm watching it because it seems like the cool thing to do. Neither of the above comics are CGC graded.
  12. Uf! Those eBay pre-orders for NM copies are going to be hard to fill. We ordered plenty for back-up! Didn't mean you specifically (in case people think I'm giving you a hard time); just saw a lot of pre-orders for this cover (because I like it a lot). But glad you have back-ups for your customers!

  14. Yeah give it a year or two and it will die down. Those late printings are a nightmare to find. I still have never found a IV, but have found 3 V so go figure. I have 3 4ths and 1 5th. The way I heard it, 5ths are "more common" (take that for what you will) b/c they were available in Doomsday story packs.
