Tonight's episode was great, and set the table for Arrow vs Deathstroke this season. I love this show. Superb.

First Mr. Freeze, I think. I wonder if this is getting a little extra interest because of the forthcoming Mr. Freeze DLC for Arkham Origins. The Last of Us got a bump when they released Left Behind in Feb.

The first appearances are very hot, but Starlord, Groot, Rocket, Gamora and Drax didn't first appear in Modern, so maybe that's why nobody mentions them. Same with Thanos, Ronan the Accuser, and Nebula.

I don't know if the costume is what people were worried about, regarding Flash. I think it's how he is going to look at super speed, and if the effect will be Bush or not.

To that end - It seems like 90% of the people around here who work at LCS don't give a mess about handling your comics properly when ringing them up. And if you ever have an eye on a Hot Topic variant... you'll obviously need to ask the girl with little work ethic and hugely gauged ears to be careful please Anyway - right about now I'm regretting not picking up ALL of the GoTG that a dealer had at a local show awhile ago. His prices were insane compared to what they are now. I was tempted but didn't pull the trigger... ah well, you win some you lose some. and the girls that work at hot topic act like their mess don't stink. Like come on, you're dressed up as a Vampire or something. I like them Dracula

Just checked ebay and all the copies of Scatterbrain have been summarily scooped up. Not one current listing for it now. Does anyone besides that guy know it is the original material?? Here's a full set of Scatterbrain SCATTERBRAIN 1-4

Odd. They were really, REALLY nice quality... look at all the 9.8's on da bay. loaded I'm up in Canada. Maybe the ones that made it to the retailers up here got damaged? I've ordered the book 5 separate times from the same retailer, and the best I've gotten is a VF. Clearly that seller doesn't know a NM from a hole in the ground. 1. VF is NOT 'mangled' 2. no retailer owes you a 9.8 on a new book. On a recent modern VF is most certainly "mangled". Agreed...must have ordered them from Midtown

Zero is probably the best title from Image in 2013. EoW is a close 2nd. Haven't both those print runs been dropping and both are talked up as being some of the best indie work? East of West 5 was selling almost 30,000 copies more than Zero 5. Decent support for East of West? It makes me sad seeing the numbers decline like that. Hopefully it hovers around the 29k mark. Looking at these numbers is only part of the story these days. Even though they're losing print subscribers, maybe they're gaining digital subscribers each month? It's like looking at someone's Soundscan album sales decrease, but forgetting about iTunes.

Apparently the game had some DLC release that was amazing. And the extra content tied in heavily with the comics. Some of the minis based on videogames sell pretty well, like inFamous and Uncharted. The DLC. I was thinking of selling mine, but after playing the DLC I'm All over again

If Stephen Platt was allegedly getting $40,000 per issue of Prophet, I'm sure McFarlane gave these guys a similar Payday. Yeah but the Stephen Platt thing was a one off. They had to convince him to leave Marvel, which was why Liefeld bought him a Dodge Viper, (the year it came out) to convince him. I imagine Image payed high, but I don't think they would have been paying $40,000 an issue. Spawn was selling a hell of a lot more than Prophet was though, so by scale it's not too far fetched to think these guys got paid somewhere near that amount.

The superman & wonder woman one is fantastic

CDs and other forms of music are collectible. I've been selling off some of my Industrial Music collection, and a few albums on CD have brought in $70 a piece. It's just like comics. If the demand outstrips the supply, it'll bring the money.
