    This sounds correct. Many sales are by individuals who will not collect or pay tax. If you are a business, then you would be absolutely required to collect tax if it is in your own state.

    I totally agree. I saw that post, but I didn't have a dog in that fight, so I moved on. I feel it would be a good rule in the FS threads if you announce a book is forthcoming, do not take any pm's on it until it is posted. Otherwise don't announce it.

    Hulk #1 Craig's List Alert https://albany.craigslist.org/clt/6176081197.html I checked Albany NY Craig's List this morning and saw this ad. Hulk #1 CGC 5.0 for $4000. Such a deal! It took me 2 minutes to find the exact same book on ebay for $23,000. Let him have it boys.

    I also agree that to do nothing is incorrect. I know nobody is going to like this, but maybe a new list should be made to address this type of situation? Of course, if the feedback thread wasn't just a kudo's thread it would take care of itself.
