New information!!!! It works for me, but ONLY UNDER SET MANAGER!!!
When I log in I still get the error, but if I go to set manager I'm able to edit and upload; although it's THE CONTROL PANEL THAT DOESNT WORK!!!
DING DING DING! We have a winner! (or a workaround) Yes, if I go into Set Manager I can get to my sets and edit them, upload pictures, etc. Thanks for the new info!

@CGC Mikeeven a different web browser and nothing....
It works for @Iconic1s so I'm not sure, just passing it along, as it's "new" info @workingdog
I too have tried different browsers. I primarily use FireFox and that's where I first saw the error. Then I tried Chrome and even Microsoft Edge and still received the same error page.

I know, right?!? This IT Team doesn't seem to have enough checks and balances in place when something on the website isn't working properly. Just let the customer find the problem before they do.

Cleared the cookies and cache on my browser. Rebooted the laptop. Logged back in and still I receive:
An error occurred during your last request. The error was logged and will be reported to the webmaster automatically.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience. -

We do take steps to detect people attempting to get around a block by creating another account. There's no perfect answer. If you make the sign-up to bid/approval process restrictive enough to make it really hard for deadbeats to get back in, you also make it harder so that the much larger number of legitimate buyers become less likely to register and bid.
Thank you, Conan, for the prompt reply.

This is from web help:
Yesterday we did a go live at 2pm. I would suggest the customer log out of their account, clear their cache and cookies and log back in. This should fix the issue. I suspect they have had the same window open since the go live.
Nope, that won't fix it "web help." I clear out my cache and cookies every night on my browser and to make sure my laptop gets a thorough cleaning, I use WebRoot Security to root out and clear out everything. This morning, I'm still having the same issue with a fresh new session.
Furthermore, this statement ...
I suspect they have had the same window open since the go live.
... is pretty darn condescending.

Auction bids are binding. Do not bid unless you intend to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder.
How do people not understand this?!?!? This is the second week I've been notified of a gutless deadbeat winner who didn't pay up for one of my auction items!
Conan, the notice says the winning bidder will be banned from participating in future auctions. What's to stop these deadbeats from signing up using a different e-mail address and credit card number and continuing the cycle?

I used to (operative phrase 'used to') have the Captain America and the Falcon one growing up. Hung it up on the back of my bedroom door. It was so cool.

Josilee is another member on the imaging team. With the growth we have experienced over the last few years we have had to bring on new team members to help manage the growing popularity of our services. Because of this, some of your previous contacts may have changed. Please remember the easiest way to get an update on any submission is emailing submissions@cgccomics.com directly. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you for the follow-up, Matt

@workingdogHello!
This submission is going through the imaging department. Imaging does add an additional 10 business days to the total turnaround time on submissions. This is still going through at this total 20 business day (10 Fast Track Modern + 10 Imaging) turnaround time. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you, Matt, for the quick reply. It's interesting that you bring up imaging. In the past I've always received my images from Madeline. Just the other day, I received images from a Josilee? A change in personnel perhaps?
Regardless, thanks again!

Dear CGC -
I'm trying to find out what is going on with the above mentioned submission number. It's been sitting in G/E/I for exactly one week now and I would like to know what's keeping it from getting to G/QC or even Shipped.
Thank you for your time!

I have a MFT submission (#4150903) which has been sitting in G/E/I since the middle of last week. I just spoke to customer service this morning to find out what the snag is. To my surprise, customer service told me it was actually in G/QC and will probably ship anytime now. I asked why the status change wasn't reflected in my Submission Tracking. Got kind of a non-answer but was told if it hasn't shipped by this Thursday, to call back.

Is this a recent change? I sent a book in last August as a ME that I got off eBay, the label had incorrect creator credits. I was emailed a form to fill out with an overnight UPS label and the got the book corrected and shipped back to me within 9 calendar days.
I have another ME in “Scheduled for Grading” now and it’s been over a month, but it is a book I submitted myself. This was as of 9/22/22 when I received an e-mail back from CGC customer service to which I replied:
I spoke to a 'Ryan' in customer service yesterday who bluntly told me that if it was someone else who sent the book in for grading (in this case AlexRossArt.com) my slab with trapped debris was not eligible for your complimentary reholder service. I would have to send the slab back on my own dime and use the Reholder service. Which I've gone ahead and done. And I just got back from the post office and shipped the book back.
This was confirmed by a follow-up e-mail from a CGC Supervisor. Said reholder hit Submission Tracking on 10/6/22 (post Hurricane Ian) and has remained in SFG ever since.

Who are you and what have you done with @Get Marwood & I? The one I seem to know never froths at the mouth like this. I realize what's going on with the Chat Boards, the Registry Control Panel and website performance is beyond frustrating to all of us.
As for @CGC Mike, what's the expression, "Don't shoot the messenger." Many times I have found Mike's posts very helpful.
As far as I'm concerned, it's @dena who needs to get on here, be transparent, and tell the community just what the heck is going on. A blow by blow if you will.
Thanks for listening.
