  1. I was going to post that, but I thought "that's not even close to a roof-top".
  2. There are two things I look for in that issue - the reds and the whites. A lot of the HG CGC copies are off on one or both.
  3. Great cover! (thumbs u My sights have been set on a high grade copy of FF121 for a while now. I continue to look for a nice CGC copy, but none of them look as good as that raw copy. It was from an OO collection that apparently never saw the light of day, and the red ink on the FF logo looks thick, like you could dip your finger in it.
  4. Nope, that's been tried by better men than you. And why not? Cause the POS losers who have no lives have to have something to do. Roy, All of the above;) you know I like you...but I'm really sorry to see this post. First off, I'm sorry that anyone is out of work...but frankly, I think encouraging people to post PBX Y or Z books on this site, is just plain disrespectful of the hosts. Don't worry about it, as for some bizarre reason, Roy's ego is getting out of control and he's turning into an uber-jerk.
  5. ASM 110 and 114 (and maybe 116 - ASM 119 and 120 are also close) are some other good ones, but I don't have a nice scan handy. ASM 183 and DD 87 & 99 would also qualify.
  6. Hey guys, that's why I took the quote from Steve's sales thread and pasted it here, rather than reply in the original thread and create more problems. And once again, this had nothing to do with Steve, and everything to do with the "oh I like him/he sells sweet books, so the normal rules don't apply" attitude I commonly see on here.
  7. "At least" is a major understatement, and although I only quoted a couple of board members, this "some people are above the law" sentiment runs deep with the weak-minded nerds.
  8. Why not, this is the guidelines comment thread and saying that Borock shouldn't get the preferential treatment some were suggesting was better posted here than in his thread. So neither were wrong. Exactly, people get ticked off when you start posting in a For Sale thread, yet when you take it to a "comments" thread (like you're supposed to) trolls like Banner still try to find something to complain about. This guy's a real piece of work, and he follows my every board move like a love-sick puppy.
  9. Just remember I did not do it on purpose, as I don't keep a score-sheet of who is dealing this week. I got ticked off because the old "you're just envious/jealous" strawman gets tossed out by fanboys as a rule whenever their "heroes" comes under fire.
  10. But that consensus was in relation to the existing 2-3 active threads mandate and why you would even split it up into more than one. It wasn't an open "you can post infinite sales threads as long as they're different enough" mandate.
  11. Yep, and you also have to love the drooling fanboys who reply back to critics with the following gem: Yep, everyone who wants the Board Regulations respected naturally has "dealer envy". Dealer envy? I've been to tons of comic stores and cons and NEVER once have been envious of any of them.
  12. I agree, and it's more the *attitude* of people like this that bothers me:
  13. Exactly my point - this has *nothing* to do with Steve, and everything to do with "different rules for different people", depending on whether you like him, had a drink with him at a forum dinner, he's selling sweet books, or are longtime members. It shouldn't matter, and if it does to you, then you're a biased POS who doesn't deserve an opinion on the Forum Guidelines.
  14. This kind of brainless really bothers me: Now I like Steve too, but he should not be accorded this "above the law" kind of attitude by the low-IQ board members.
  15. I'd watch it, as I know for a FACT you didn't directly quote my original post.
  16. I'm still here, and you'll still trolling. I also know that Dena & co. are VERY interested in your "my work here is done" comment, as that solidifies your *only* purpose in the thread was to troll and provoke me, and get a strike against me. Hopefully, you'll get a vacation for that.
  17. Yep, you're busted for retyping my response and falsifying it, but not getting it exactly correct. But you know all about board fraud don't you, Renego?
  18. At least you admit you physically re-typed it into your responses, since it's slightly different than what I typed and IMMEDIATELY deleted. Is it a board transgression to falsify quotations that were not actually written by the person quoted?
