That's Dark Rider. It's an obscure villain appeared in just a few MTUs as far as I know. He looks a little like Tombstone with a mohawk

Ok great thanks!... I checked it out and they're drawn in different sections on the same pin up page with no interaction along with Fantastic four, Nick Fury, some other avengers. Infact it's only a head shot of spider-man at the bottom of the page. They're all gathered in the mansion living room before the wedding having what looks like cocktails. It's just meant as a pin up page with no comment bubbles. Good catch though!

I'm almost 100% sure this is the first meeting between Black panther and Spiderman but not totally. It appears as if it is since Panther tries to introduce himself after saving spidey from the fall. I only read the early issues of Avengers and nothing of Jungle Action. So I'm throwing this out there to those much more informed than I on Panther. Is this their first meeting Thanks for any responses!

I've had a few books with this kind of mild transparency and after having them reholdered came back improved. The white areas looked more solidly white. One of them was IH181 with some transparency on the white "Hulk" title logo

So what ever became of these two books? I don't think there's any cgc 9.8 FF5 and maybe one curator copy of ASM6 in 9.8

I don't know if people were allowed to request a specific area other than front or back cover where they wanted Stan to sign in 2017? I don't even think the bags with cutouts over the cover were allowed? Maybe at that point the only option was to take a chance and hope Stan's vision was clear enough to see what he was doing

I don't think it does. If they factored that type of thing into grading then grading would become even more subjective. I think that's a matter of "eye appeal" people would have to determine for themselves. That bleed through or translucency happens on front covers as well. I once had an iron man #5 that was a 9.6 but had so much bleed through on the front cover that you could almost make out the words on page 1! I returned it because its something that drastically hurt its eye appeal imo. Considering that was a 9.6 with so much bleed through I don't think it's something graders consider. It would be helpful to have a definitive answer from cgc however!

Its not wishful pricing. That price point could make sense for that copy. There have been other copies with more centering that sold for higher.

Yeah and it looks like a small "Pyramid" logo in white at the bottom left which is the company that prints these. Same as mine... Common poster

I'm pretty sure that's a common widely available marvel comics poster. I have a couple of those 24 x 36 posters of other covers with that "aged" wear & tear look.

Nice little haul there! Yeah MTU was Ross Andru's thing. If I'm not mistaken MTU 1 is the second time he penciled spiderman. Big difference from MSH 14! Do you have MTU 3 & 20?

If you're in a high sales tax state I can't see how it doesn't deter. If you're paying for a 5k book in Florida with 7% sales tax that's an extra 350 plus whatever they're charging for shipping. What would it be in California? NY?
