u need 2 take it out of it's cover..........i imagine it's a 9.6 if u go by guide a 9.6 is probably worth about 300.00 or a little higher.... but with walking dead normal price usually get's thrown out. Recently saw a 9.2 go for 400.00 and sold.... so go figure...........yes u should get it slabbed..

I wasn't referring 2 his book .....obviously it had been graded by CGC already so we knew it was legit.......just making a point about being careful when people try to sell u very rare variant books...i understand this wasn't a sell thread...and he was just looking 4 sum imput...

this is the exact same book a few months ago we had all da drama with........sum guy was looking 4 us 2 grade it and then he was trying 2 sell it off.......turns out after many of us checked it out that it was without denial a fake forged copy of said book. This guy was a real sleeze bag.....so when u have these books that r super rare and worth bucks they will fake them and try to take u 4 a big ride.....b very careful when it comes 2 these kind of variant books because people r faking them. p.s. maybe i'll try to find da thread and repost it........but it's from November thru Feb...somewhere in there

Very Fine = 8.0 It's hard 2 c in da bag.....and there's no picture of da back.....there's some major problems along that spine...lot's of tics some quite large and looks like a dent there also....lot's of color breaking.....7.5

I'm having da worst time trying to find a copy of Spawn # 271 I checked 12 comic book stores ...nothing I think i finally found a copy for 5.00 but i want it shipped to one of their comic book stores .....( they own 12 ) that way i don't have to pay shipping........what an adventure ...just 4 1 comic book.......i know it came out awhile ago but have had a lot of trouble finding a copy p.s. I'm amazed this Variant costs 500.00 how rare is it ? 1 in 500 or something ? Overstreet list it as a 3.00 book for da regular one......how can a variant b 500.00 ? p.p.s. i'd rather not comment on da drama p.p.p.s. i think da way da book is now it's like a 9.0 i think da book has some issues but what do i know

there's a lot of spine tics on this comic......there's some wear on da corners....

this is foxing and a comic with foxing your looking probably a best of 8.0 if da rest of the book is really nice which i doubt it is.....need 2 c cover and what about those staples..... Just da fact that this guy thought his book was a 9.2 or 9.0 is frighting ....he obviously doesn't either know what he's talking about or he's trying 2 take u 4 a ride.......RUN

it's hard 2 c in da bag..... is that a water stain on da back ? Must b shadows....u need 2 take it out of da bag and get good pictures of all four corners. What's up with top right edge on front....looks like it slants downward or something ....supply good pictures of that 2.

one thing 4 sure is that it is not an 8.0 it's a little hard 2 c clearly...the cover looks pretty good and da corners look nice maybe a little rounded.... but there's a lot of issues with da back.....plus there's some pretty decent size tics on da spine which look big enough 2 b like small color breaking creases....

i wouldn't bend it ......is this one a little warped or r u just showing us da edge ? It's pretty dirty could use a clean i imagine to help its grade......Does it sit flat ? It appears that maybe it doesn't ...maybe a press 4 this 1 2. Looks like this 1 has a roll also....and that top edge is pretty beat up...there's a lot of wear on back edge....this is 1 of da great comic books of all time....i would handle it very lightly and think about a press and a clean.....what say ye ...board members

does it have a giant warp in it ? I wouldn't bend it yourself....i imagine a press would straighten it out........what say ye..........board
