a comic with just the slightest spine roll ........brings a comic down to a 7.0 now da rest looks good and can possibly bring da grade up a little..maybe......now i'm not sure what Cool Boy see's in that bottom corner but with da spine roll as is i think your starting at 7.0

what's da deal on this book ? Low print run ? special varient issue ? R u gonna get this 1 certified ? How much is this 1 worth ? Appears 2 b very nice ...looks like the cover edge is a little pressed down.....looks like a little something on da back around da scan marker......don't really c any reason why it's not at least 9.4

i'm somewhat amazed at da grade.....i think word was getting around that they r 2 tuff on grading......so they r now easing there grading so they don't lose more business to those other firms which don't grade so hard......it might finally b time to start certifying

Boris The Bear is probably right an 8.0 conservatively would b around 650.00 bucks but of course u can go on Ebay and c insane prices on comics......always remember a comic book is only worth what someone is willing 2 pay u 4 it.....not what u want someone 2 pay 4 it. I always price conservatively.....i'm kind of a little behind in da times. I'm lost in a time warp.....still waiting for Boris The Bear # 6 to come out... p.s. why r my old Boris The Bear comics worth pretty much nothing ?

It's pretty dirty...has a lot of color breaking tics on da spine....looks like some corners r slightly rounded.....there r some creases and a small piece missing on back..i wonder if a cleaning would help grade ? I'm not sure what da spot on back is exactly....staples appear 2 b alright ...also cover edge appears 2 b pressed down....and lots of tics or so on back spine..and some discoloration on back..... the colors appear 2 b somewhat decent but there is a lot of wear on the cover.....inside front page has a small crease also....i'm gonna say 5.0 i would pay more attention 2 what others say Triple Jay Jameson

I have some Spawns ...i have 2 copies each of 1-7 I bought them of the shelf when they 1st came out back in da late 80's or whenever it was when Macfarline jumped to Image......but alas i soon quit collecting after that because i had to move 2 da big city and get an apartment and start clubbing so comic books went by da wayside for about 20 years.........i started up again with Spawn around i think issue # 138 p.s. Long Live Spawn

all and all how much money did u have to put into it to get it graded ?

there's so many tics and stress lines on that cover edge but da colors look really good and da back is in good shape 2. The corners r not 2 bad either.....but i think its a 6.0 now da Avengers movie is coming out and this book should get a nice hefty bump in price if da movie is really good Thanos rocks ......even at a 6.0 da book probably goes 4 around 330.00 dollars conservatively. This book rocks and from what i can tell is totally worth getting certified, I wonder what Triple Jay thinks ? Where is he ?

there's no pictures of da back and it's still in a bag ...hard 2 c. The back's condition is very important towards the comics grading. If u think it's a 9.2 that's a NM- What condition issues do u c 2 bring it down to a 9.2

My Lord .....what drama,,,,,,,,,what's the deal with this comic book ? Was it a rare variant cover or something ? It just came out a couple of years ago . Why is it already worth a 100.00 bucks ?

is it a tear or a tape pull ? Is that a scratch going thru the G ? Looks like several tiny tics along spine.....back looks pretty good except for that 1 corner....it could go down to a 6.5 but maybe not

how did it end ? I wonder if da book got that damaged edge in shipping ? Did he not pack it good enough ? I think da way 2 go is use da same sellers over and over and look for that gold star that E-bay gives to certain sellers.....always read prior reviews and stay away from sellers who have negative reviews.......people who read comic books tend to b calm and nice so when u read bad reviews made by comic book collectors thats a big Red Flag.

it's very dirty and has a ton of tics and wear...but da corners r somewhat decent......as is best case grade i think is 6.5
