    Suppose I acquire a book worth $700 for $400 but I don’t care too much about this book. It would become a prime trade candidate and I would seek a book I actually want valued at $600-700 Thats how I trade

    I’m 31. I started when I was 10 buying books from the 70s and 80s only. As I got into my later teens and early 20s I was full on into Silver age and Bronze Age. Now, I go after anything I find interests me from 1940-1985, with the occasional new comic pick up to support my local guy. I’m always pecking away at my ASM 1-400 run, as I’m down to the first 50 which will be hard work but a worthwhile adventure that should last me a while in addition to the other stuff I always seem to buy.

    4.0-4.5 from me Cover appears a bit tanned around edges. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s 4.5 and I think 5.0 might be generous given the corner creases too.

    Selling off some double here. All books are in the 7.0-8.0 range by my standards EXCEPT three of them. Vanguard Illustrated is a 3.5- rub marks top left and a spine split from top of spine to top staple. Sheena 3-D- 5.0, has a crease along bottom of front cover. No 3-D glasses 3-D Seduction of the Innocent- 6.0, spine ticks and no 3-D glasses Here are the pics. If you want more let me know! Asking $90USD shipped for it all.

    Yes I was thinking that too...the funny thing is the guy I bought it off had it in a bag and the piece is there. He said he recently bagged them just over a week ago and before that they were kept at his cottage. I’m thinking he caught it when he skid it into the bag or something.     A pick-up from today. Hard to imagine the owner had them stored loose since he bought back in the 60s. Of the bunch I bought this was the nicest and one that will stay with me forever. Thoughts are much appreciated!

    And I mean technically when you read descriptions for fine it does state foxing is allowed so....maybe I’ll have to revisit it. I’m not a fan on 70s books and newer but on 40s-60s books I feel like I should be more lenient
