  1. For sale is one copy of X-Men #94 CGC 8.0 with White Pages. Book has been pressed. Shipping is included in CONUS. Outside of the US, it will be discounted. First gets it. No one on any list or if I have you on ignore. $380.00
  2. Here is the first comic I remember being given to me. I have 3 pages of the original art to it.
  3. This is very common with square bound books. Even the slightest overhang will bend if the book gets jostled in the slab. Since it breaks color, there is nothing that can be done to fix it.
  4. They used to be a lot easier on that flaw, maybe when Borock left they changed their stance on it. Had an Iron Man #1 that looked 8.0 at best (due to the bubbles) come back 9.2, but this was a long time ago.
  5. I remember when you had to clean and set the bearings individually. Today they are packed.
  6. I collect debt, as spending comes fairly easy to my wife and kids. Aside from that I just started collecting OA.
  7. There is no guarantee a book will keep the same grade. I would inspect the book when you get it back to make sure it did not receive any damage during its travels to be signed and graded again, but a book can be sent in receive a different grade with nothing being done to it upon submission.
  8. Is that Greggy speak for not enough comic vendors?
  9. If the person doing the pressing knows what they are doing, it is not an issue. I cannot tell you how many Emails and PM's I get from DIY pressers who mess this book up and ask if there is a fix.
  10. While some solvents will remove slight color touch, in many cases there is bleed through and the affected area has to be physically removed. The use of solvents should be left to those who know what they are doing. If it is a beater book and you want to experiment, that's fine, but the time and money invested into that type of work, would be better spent buying a nicer copy of the book.
  11. Tried my best to get there but I could not make it work.
  12. If I misinterpreted the comments I stand corrected. I don't think I did.
  13. Call me "dopey", but it appears he broke his own rule of not making it personal. p.s. Are you from Long Island Ben?
