  1. I see: 3 color breaks on the Front Cover Some light color rub to the front cover. Back cover looks good, but the scan is washed out. I would say in the 8.5 range, if that's not a readers crease 1/2 inch in from the spine.
  2. Are the staples rusty? It just may be dirt on the back cover, but it could also be rust migration. Additionally, how deep is the scratch on the bottom right corner of the front cover?
  3. This is distributor ink. CGC takes this into account, but if intrusive the book will get hammered for it.
  4. Actually, with that much tape the book could look worse post pressing.
  5. Along with the color breaks. What concerns me more than the staple (it is already detached) is the heavy tanning that could become a mess if the book is hydrated improperly. Too many things that could go wrong if this book gets pressed.
  6. What the heck. I'll list a second book. Love and Rockets #3 CGC 9.8 White Pages (this is the only 9.8 at the moment). $399.00 OBO
  7. Title says it all. Pressed. No one on any lists (probation or ignore) First gets it based on time stamp (this applies to the thread or PM). Shipping in CONUS is included. I will discount for International. $1,750.00 OBO
  8. 9 out of 9 for my mags. Here are the first two. The #3 is the only 9.8 graded copy.
  9. I always thought I was required to as a corporation in the State of FLA. I may need to dig deeper as I know I am not taxed on services (the State did try once in the past) but thought goods were mandatory.
  10. would be best if it were in my description then.
  11. So most expect that they will not be charged tax in State?
  12. When buying a comic on EBay (from a seller in your state) how many of you would argue about the sales tax after a best offer has been made and accepted?
  13. There are less than honorable individuals in every hobby and enterprise, if we want to go that far.
