  1. Based on the 3.5 grade, what is the book worth at the moment?
  2. is that a subscription crease to go along with the CBC, tear on FC...and the color loss in red lettering BC?
  3. Most of that will come out. Problem with deep indentations is that they leave a "remnant" in some cases. The paper will lay flat but at certain angles you can tell something was wrong at one time.
  4. I would have to say that after using that model, he will be a lot less concerned over that one color breaking crease.
  5. If you done correctly, you can ship 50 books very safely for the cost of a large flat rate priority box.
  6. I wonder if this book was in contact with raw cardboard at one time. Very weird staining pattern on the back cover.
  7. I would think protection would be needed getting books to CGC AND while books are at CGC. I cannot see how double or triple boarding a book would hurt its chances.
  8. Most of it will not come off (especially the transfer in other areas with colored ink). You may be able to clean off some of the lighter stuff in the white areas, but please don't use a magic eraser. You will need a very steady hand, lots of patience and a good eraser made from a non-abrasive material. Staedtler makes a good eraser that. Keep in mind any color loss will result in the book being worth considerably less, in fact, CGC is not that harsh on ink transfer, but they will kill a book due to color loss from improper erasing. Another option is sending it out to a professional.
  9. Ink transfer with a little dirt mingled in. Some can be safely removed, unfortunately the rest cannot.
  10. Pressing will never add color back to a color breaking crease. All you will have is a color breaking crease that lays very flat.
  11. Marvel Two-In-One Annual #2 CGC 9.6 White Pages $185.00
  12. Daredevil #158 CGC 9.4 OW/W Pages $175.00 (yes, that is a scuff on back cover)
  13. Amazing Spider-Man #152 CGC 9.6 White Pages $75.00
  14. Amazing Spider-Man #157 CGC 9.6 White Pages $80.00
  15. Incredible Hulk #197 CGC 9.6 OW/W Pages $200.00
