    6.5±0.5. Nice looking one. The tiers are based on value. I think you're guaranteed to be in the express tier with this one. If you submit in a lower tier and they calculate the value higher, they just boost the fee later. I'd go with express from the start b/c you'll get it back faster.

    Water staining (top right corner, front) and along the spine are going to lower this one. It also looks like some moderate tanning, particularly on the back cover. Nothing that really hurts the eye appeal, but I'd say 4.5±0.5
