  1. I have seen a book being graded 1.8 and 8.0 in the same PGM thread. Beat that
  2. As someone who is solely a buyer on this forum, I can say that I would be upset if I bought a book thinking it is 6.0 and it came back at 3.5 from CGC. But in this case it looks like the buyer is trying to extort money out of the seller.
  3. https://www.ebay.com/itm/124297865114 Is this legitimate?
  4. 6.5 On a separate note, I think I have recently seen some other books with the same namestamp on back cover. Are these from your personal collection?
  5. 3.5 There are some defects that a press would improve like the corner crease on back cover. But as pointed by others there's risk of further damage to spine too.
  6. All I could see is slight corner dings. Stain on back cover top right? 9.0?
  7. I agree. 1.8 sounds about right. @vheflin first called this.
  8. The second highest bid was from someone on the forum. Not sure who won it.
  9. Congratulations to whoever won it. Gem of a book. Must be slabbed by CGC.
  10. I graded it at 2.5 initially. And I was not fully aware how serious molds are.
  11. I don't own the book yet. I will add better scans if I win the book. Thanks.
  12. Well I understand the reward is 50$, but you need to reasonably estimate the risk too. I hope there is no loophole that gives your desired grade on the books you submit. In that case you're out of 💰.
  13. Grading is subjective Well I was genuinely looking forward to opinions from couple of PGM regulars. They didn't grade this one.
