I was just about to post that link But anyways, nice looking 2.5. At first glance, I thought it was my former 2.5 copy with the tape removed from the spine. But it certainly is a different copy, but very similar.

Several of these books have tape on the interior cover and centerfold, this wiuld concern me as it may be covering splits or detached pieces.... James G Yeah same.. I'm sure the tape pieces were placed there to cover up what James mentioned above. I needed a few issues too from that set.

hmm, when final hammer price arrives at sellers bank account, i bet the depression is suddenly gone? No reason for the seller to be depressed. The 7.5 with slight resto sold for $17,600. Would be interesting to see if it will be in a blue label soon.

Still an astronomical price for a 9.8. If I had one I'd sell it in a jiffy and buy a 9.0 or something close to it.
