Does your tracking show that it's departed from Tampa, mine has been there since the 8th by the tracking information.
Mine got a scan leaving Tampa and wasnt updated for a week and I live in Atlanta less than an 8 hour drive, took over a week to arrive. I wouldn't worry, it's just slow.

I have a bulk submission that consists of both subgrades and non subgrades. With the "glitch" both moved to "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging" but today my subgrade bulk moved to Grading / Quality Control. Honestly it's giving me too much hope . Im assuming it's still the "glitch" but I'm hoping I get my stuff back before the national.
Edit: Both Have been moved to "Grading/Quality Control"This is a bulk submission received 2/8 for all those bulk and economy subs out there.
I think those are actual moving, don't think that's glitched

Might have been a glitch. On the TCG forums, it's come to everyone's attention that all orders got kicked forward one step that day. Rec-SFG and SFG-Grading/QC etc

Who said it was a glitch? Seems like a glitch is the perfect word to avoid blame. Was it a HACK? It seems to me that hacks are far more difficult to fix. Seems like a glitch would be easy to fix. Unless it wasn't a glitch.I think someone messed with CGC and they are not being transparent about it. Why else would they play hush hush. Seems like they would be saying something if it was a simple glitch. Also, what if they were intentionally holding submissions back to seem overwhelmed in order to justify a price increase. A threshold could have been reached where they had to update the real status of our cards. Just brainstorming for fun. LOL
It's a few pages back.

We are looking into this. We did extensive ship-testing and the new boxes performed better than the old ones.

On the last sub I got back, it looks like a lot of the scratching is on the inside of the slab. Might not be the new packaging but the manufacturing? This isn't the best example, but the quickest one for me to grab atm. I can't feel it on the exterior surface. Some of them are way worse with a much larger markings. May not be related to the OPs issue but I've noticed it on a number of them.
Actually proving somewhat difficult to capture with a camera due to focus.

It’s still on all of my submissions
Same here, including my CSG sub. Doesn't even display what cards were subbed on that one.

@Paul S How many generic corporate pot shots will you throw at us before we get some answers?
Our posts get deleted for speaking some spicy truth, but we get 0 information from you, from customer service reps, from anyone.
We can't have our cards back, you have no idea where they are, no refunds, no returns. Just a big bucket of NO.
People paid you thousands of dollars, you have had our property going on 3-5x longer than originally stated.
I'm a contractor by trade, and if I were to pull something like this, clients would sue me into the dirt.
I feel you, I'm in the same boat. Getting a pretty big financial shaft from this at the moment. Couldn't get my stuff back, been renting tables months in advance then not having the stuff back to sell. I wouldn't rail on Paul too much though. Based off his job description on his profile I don't think the issues stem from what he does. Think he just has an interest/knowledge in this collectible area so he ends up posting in this section a lot.

Has anyone seen this who can clarify:
Sub in one class shows a status: Grading/Quality Control - this is defined on the site.
Sub in another class shows a status:
Grading/Encapsulating/Imaging - this one is defined in multiple stages of the process.
Anyone know the difference?
I think they changed it yesterday with an update.

I get this email about the new video game grading service? Meanwhile I’m setting on a hand full of blue eyed white dragons twirling my thumbs waiting to pay off my house!!! 😂
Why the delay in grading one of the highest profiting aftermarket TCG games for the last 15 years?
Probably because the TCG backlog is worse than the sports and they currently only do MTG and Poke.

They want to make more money. The only reason they opened their doors ever in general.
Want to help CGC fix TaT's?
Then everyone stop submitting comics. They will get caught up real quick.
So what? They want to sit on a backlog of video games as well?

Of all the mess they could be doing with their resources, this is the most nonsense wildly_fanciful_statement possible thing to with. Instead of doing something about busted tat, they want to grade video games

My Submission #1 that was just marked as Scheduled for Grading shows that same message when I click on the order.
How long did it take from SFG to grading? Two weeks?

Submission #1, delivered on April 13th, just hit the Scheduled for Grading phase, while Submission #2, delivered two weeks after, is now in Grading. Has your Bulk from April 2nd been marked as Scheduled for Grading yet?
I take that back, moved to sfg within the last hour. My sub number doesn't show which cards I subbed though. Very strange.

How in the world is standard turnaround time 64 days for a standard submission as stated or estimated when it takes over 3 months to just open the package? There is mass confusion on how t.a.t's work. Do they start when the package is delivered or received? I read a press release that states it is when the delivery was accepted. Which is it and how do we get full transparency to the process. Company process' that cause community confusion is not a sustainable business model.
They completed my standard in exactly 64 business days from when it was delivered on April 2nd. So on that front it seems to be accurate now.

Yeah idk how mine got thru so quick. I didn’t send it with any express or walkthrough. I assume that since I paid to require a signature that it was thrown in on top or in a separate pile? I also wrote Standard all over the box. My 1/28 bulk has been stuck in scheduled for grading for 40 days , so it’s not all my orders ):
I think it's because his was 4/5. Mine was a 4/2 delivery that didn't get done until 7/1. They didn't have us write ST on the boxes at the end of March and it was sitting with the bulk. I'm assuming his got opened sooner because it was marked. I think it just gets added to the back of the SFG pile when it's opened regardless of when it came in. Really shafted everyone on the early April standard subs.

If you wrote STD all over it, maybe that's why it took so long to get opened. 😂

Registered mail from my last sub is taking forever to get back. While "secure" it might be very very slow.

This is where Blackstone will come in and fix nonsense like this. They won’t like money being left on the table like this. CGC is already perfectly branded for this given they have been number one for grading (Marvel) comics since day one but hey they only grade TCG...and CSG only grades sports card. That spoon won’t fly when Blackstone grabs the reins.
Doubt they'll merge CSG and CGC together since they just started. Going to be some weird splits in the card grading. YU-GI-OH to CGC, Marvel cards to CGC. Only sports to CSG or something else they'll throw in there? Doesn't make sense to me to have a different label for only sports cards.
