  1. That's a name I've never heard. church Superman #14
  2. That's a really nice copy for the grade. Books like that are great. Also, it's nearly square, a miracle for DD #1

  4. I upgraded my 73 for the Bowling Green copy. That's about it recently.

(I totally stole my terms from Ghost Town) I have one board sale (DD#1 for $1500, which is pretty sweet), and a so-far empty kudos thread but have a long and glorious ebay history. I'm selling a bunch of dupes and books that don't make sense in my collection over the next few weeks. Most are going on eBay. A few will also be listed here. This is one such book. This is the one White Mountain book I'll be offering since I don't really need a mid-run Donald Duck in my life. If this one doesn't sell here it'll just get tucked away. Donald Duck #67 White Mountain Pedigree (Dell, 1959) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. $175 + priority shipping. Lemme know!

I've got a full set of Infinity Gauntlet #1-6, all in CGC 9.8 The #6 is George Perez signature series. I'm offering it for $625, with FREE shipping in the US. 7. I've only ever bought here up until now and pay out as fast an ATM so I never felt the need for a kudos thread. I finally started selling here, so here we are.
  8. After 15 years I finally sold a book here on the boards. Dorkbuzz (Bradd) was great throughout the transaction with good communication throughout the deal on a four figure book.
  9. For me, the top tier is White Mountain, Pacific Coast and Curator. I'm a verified White Mountain fan-boy.
  10. Yeah, that's about my experience. You're definitely paying more for them, but they're not win-at-all costs books for people.
  11. For what it's worth people chase the Don & Maggie books (to the extent that they do) because they're a designated pedigree collection and not just a collection. I own a number of them and they're nice books. They're not a top tier Silver Age pedigree in terms of freshness and eye appeal, but they're just a step below that so they're worth chasing.
  12. That would be my guess. they are going to sell as best they can, and this seems like the best they're going to be able to do in this particular case.
  13. "From the estate of a private collector. " Is how some of the Second City books are being listed in the CC monthly.
  14. As I've mentioned elsewhere I'm refocusing my collection a little bit and, in addition to new, focused buying, I am getting rid of some books. I'm hoping to sell 1-200 slabs over the next few weeks. Most of those sales will be me breaking some modern/copper runs that have stagnated and will never get finished. Here are two such runs, now listed on eBay.I combine shipping like a crazy person, so buy everything you can buy!
