29 and 30. Two great books and I love the cover to 29 - another raw purchase as most were. 30 is a tough book also.

And the 28 - a Gerber no-show but honestly, it was by no means, not the toughest to find. Exciting 17 for me was the last one I needed and actually the net to last I needed to complete all the set. It is a low grader as much of the collection is but it presents well. And such a great underwater Schomburg cover.

26 and 27. The 27 was a raw purchase is an incredibly solid book. I normally don't carp on CGC's grading but that was one I thought would be higher. Nevertheless, a great cover and happy to have it.

#20 thru 25. Funny story on the 22 - I won it through HA a while back and thought I would save on shipping. I live in Oklahoma and when my daughter was younger, we would take weekend trips to Dallas for a getaway. I asked HA to hold the book and I would pick it up from their offices. I had thought I would have to pay tax since I lived in Oklahoma but since I paid for the book in Texas, I got zapped for the tax and it was more than what shipping to my house would have cost Not a ton of money obviously but a learning experience for me.

Low grader but in the fold - I actually picked that up along with the 39 - both raw. A load of money at the time but a bargain by today's value. Coming up with the next group.

Depending, of course, on the shipping method/service. But yes in most cases for USPS Priority (with adequate insurance, signature confirmation - if not free for the level of insurance), I believe would be pretty on target.

Starting the Excitings. Lots of cover genres - sci-fi, war, western, jungle. Some really underrated books in the series. And of course the first appearance of the Black Terror. The first 3 issues. Some cool robot covers.

Yeah. I know I am dense but I have a hard time understanding what passes as unrestored and what gets tagged as conservation. I have blue labels with the notation and PLODs, and now conserved labels with the notation. A judgement call on the label and I assume different graders roll the dice differently.

I have like the Giant Television. And yes, the different reactions of the kids. When you think about it, showing children enjoying others being killed even in wartime and in such a bloody massacre. And why the sternness of the knob-turner? Given the time period, I assume it may be a live broadcast? It is amazing to me on a Schomburg cover, how many things may be going on and also how it makes one think of the back-end of what's going.
