I thought it would be fun to show the title pages for the stories in the Fantastic Adventures.

THANKS. :applause: :applause: :applause:

I got a weakness for pulps.

So, here is a contribution.

First, the first issue of The Spider, October 1933. I haven't seen any others here yet, so this is a good start.

Next, the first appearance of the Black Bat in Black Book Detective, June 1939.

And next, one of my favorite covers form Planet Stories, March 1953, with The Black Amazon of Mars.

I apologize for the streaks through the images, my scanner is misbehaving.

Enjoy!

I posted this Spider cover a while back and the Black Bat. I would like those issues with the first stories of each. And I don't have a Black Amazon story but if she has red hair I don't think I could resist.

Just picked up a File Copy Run of "Wu Fang (7 issues), "Dr. Yen Sin"

(3 issues), and Dr. Death (3 issues). All were remarkably high grade (pages still stuck together...unread),

with off white/white interior paper.

Wu Fang #7 (last issue...classic cover), March 1936!!!

Nice BZ,

Its funny how I have seen a few nice Wu Fang #1's, but the rest seem to be alot tougher.

Anyway, here are some scans of the runs. Some have some minor flaws, but the books ae sharp, with brand new spines and look, and the interior pages are stuck together (never been opened).

I think I forgot to scan a Yen Sin, Oh well! Later when I have time!

Man, I love this white bat cover.

Really amazing pulps Dwight (and BZ)! Care to share how you came across these file copies?

Enquiring minds want to know. :shy:

The Wu Fang cover series is really incredible.
