my opinion is the the 8.0 Action 7 is worth 4 to a max of 5 times the value of the 4.0 sold for last year.Its just to scarce in ANY condition and it is truely a Gerber 10 in 8.0 and the bidders know it and its showing in the bidding.

Too bad about the shaken slab syndrome on the back cover, upper right corner. Even without it that books a 7.0 at best and I don't care how scarce it is. It's a lousy shame that a book like that can get damaged in the slab like that. Unless someone knows otherwise or has the grader notes on that corner.

The point with the current pricing is that it is not scarce It is RARE[in 8.0 or 7.0 0r 6.0]..This has alot to do with the results your seeing so far.

good luck...I Hope it closes under $30K for you....I just can't bring myself to buy a trimmed book, unless a real bargain, and $26K is $1K more than I would consider a "bargain"....but still a great price!
