Joethelocator
Did Cartoon Books ever print Bone #27? If so, can anyone share a picture of what the cover looks like? Or was it only ever printed by Image?

He has gone to just about every SDCC since the beginning of Bone so I’ll be following the creator guest announcements. Will definitely post anything of interest here. Popular Post DocGo
This is an older image that many of you have probably seen but I just wanted to say that the Kickstarter hardcover for Thorn looks pretty damn good. Cartoon Books continues to produce well-crafted books thru their Kickstarter campaigns: videoloop, fonebone6166, Legion HQ and 3 others
DocGo
There’s a very interesting development occurring at CGC which will affect a lot of Bone collectors like myself: https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/12753/ It says all the big announcements will come in April, specifically what Qualified grades would transition to as well as pricing. Q-bert
I was at the recent Chicago Sports Spectacular Sports Show during St. Patrick's Day weekend and came across a 1st printing of Bone. The only booth that had comic books. ADAMANTIUM, Legion HQ and DocGo

Legion HQ
Received the Thorn Kickstarter book today (I had a signed print, so took longer). Gorgeous book put together by Jeff Smith & Co. However, my favorite thing about it may be the reproductions of the three Bone mini comics that he created as a kid, bonused into three little pockets inside the back cover. DocGo
I know some of you purchased one or both of the OA tiers for the Thorn Kickstarter campaign and this was posted on Boneville.com and all their social media accounts: I’m not an OA expert but it doesn’t look like Jeff lightboxed any of these which is obviously a good thing. I think everyone will be pleased ADAMANTIUM, Captain ShipWreck and fonebone6166
Ryan.
I'm about 2/3rds of the way through the Thorn collection. I got the hardcover, which is a really nice production. I had low expectations for the strips themselves because Jeff has been so down on them for so long but they're really good. The art is way more advanced than I thought they would be considering his experience level as a cartoonist at that point, the jokes are funny, the humor a little edgy, the narrative is engaging. I dare say I might even like them better than the comic series and I like the comics a lot. srezvan, ADAMANTIUM and DocGo

I screenshotted all the strips during the pandemic and read them all in one sitting (had a lot of time on my hands ). I’m glad no one will have to do this ever again videoloop

Orange seems like a good option.
DocGo
By the way…congrats to @Aaroncash for taking over #1 in the Bone (Cartoon Books) registry set! That 9.8 #1 of his was a worthy book to put him over the top. DocGo’s reign of terror is finally over ADAMANTIUM, videoloop and Legion HQ
