I think it is time to revive this thread. Once again, here is something new.

 

Crusade of Comics: Spawn #1 CGC 9.8

- This mini-comic was released inside two promotional VHS tapes at the August 1992 San Diego Comic Convention. VHS tapes are "Todd McFarlane's Comic Book 'Facts & Illusions'" and "Todd McFarlane's Lotus".

As I noted in another thread, at NYCC I actually witnessed someone handing over $10 for a copy of Spawn 1. Yes, the buyer was going to get it signed or something, but still...$10!
