I tried to buy the 2 three weeks ago from Carbo at the Silicon Valley con but he wanted to sell the caps as a set. He said he'd give me first shot at the 2 if the set were to be broken up. I guess he forgot about me You had good timing Knights

Lots of you had seen the Captain America run Carbo was selling, were they from a long time collector? Or was it a run compiled within the past few years? Was it a solid run? When I saw it There were many key Caps missing.

when I spoke to Carbo at the SV Con, he told me he just drove from NY to North Carolina to pick up the collection. It was not a full complete run. Most of the books seemed to be between 20-50 or so. The early ones I saw in the glass case was the 7.0 plod 1, the 2, and a 7. Not sure who the previous owner was.
