Nice set Slabthistoo!!

Which of those was the hardest to get for you?

#173 seems the hardest, I haven't seen too many of those. Thanks to boardie comicwiz for coming up with that one.

Nice - you found a 169 - awesome! (thumbs u

Just scanned through the entire thread. If retitled "Marvel variants and

DC Whitman variants" you would cover everything here except for one

item.

There were a bunch of DC (non-Whitman) variants for this period. No

wonder that I do not have a lot of competition for the items when they

do show up. Keep on ignoring DC while I try to both complete my collection

of all DC variants (now only missing about 100 of about 1550). Many of the

missing ones are from 1937 - 1958 so I do not expect to get them - Superman 1,

Batman 1, and All Star 3 are such examples.

I have not yet done much on books published in 2009 and 2010; that should

add another 200 - 400 variants to the lot.

Dratted variants.

Are you Talking about the DC books from Canada with a different price, back cover, or logo? This forum is for any "Bronze Variant" so you can talk any book in that range and 1937 - 1958 is not the Bronze Age.

You could start a "This week in your Golden Variants collection" to talk about your findings.

I have been stuck for awhile on the 35 cent variants. Shieldagent helped me out. The silver age price variant snuck in with the other 35 centers.

Your Hulk variant set is sick.

Ya right, those are his drekky undercopies that he will hopefully mercifully pass on to me. Table scraps :cloud9:
